The Marketing Manager for Ant International will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities in the USA market within a matrix structure. This role requires close collaboration with various functions to ensure a consistent marketing message both internally and externally. The manager will own and drive marketing activities aimed at increasing customer acquisition, revenue, and brand strength in the USA region. Key activities include advertising, digital marketing, CRM, partnerships, sponsorships, events, and competitor research. The role also involves working with the Global Marketing Leadership team to localize marketing strategies and define robust customer lifecycle and CRM plans to enhance client retention and transaction frequency. The manager will oversee the USA marketing budget, manage PR and social media activities, and set measurable KPIs for all initiatives.
