About The Position

The Marketing Manager at Ant International will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities in the USA market within a matrix structure. This role requires close collaboration with various functions to ensure a consistent marketing message both internally and externally. The Marketing Manager will own and drive all marketing activities aimed at increasing new customer acquisition, revenue, and strengthening the USA brand in the region. Key activities include advertising, digital marketing, CRM, partnerships, sponsorships, events, and competitor benchmarking. The role also involves working with the Global Marketing Leadership team to localize the marketing strategy and define a robust lifecycle conversion and CRM plan as the customer base grows. The Marketing Manager will ensure that data and insights inform the marketing strategy and execution, manage the USA marketing budget, and drive local PR and social media activities.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the customer and a proven background in B2B.
  • Experience in building and delivering digitally focused strategies across SEO, paid search & programmatic.
  • Experience working within and/or leading high performing virtual teams in a matrix organisation.
  • Experience in a high growth business and willingness to be hands-on.
  • Data-driven marketer with a diverse skillset and experience in executing an omni-channel strategy.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to utilize metrics and KPIs.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and pivoting strategies based on ROI.
  • Experience launching and/or growing an international business, particularly in the USA and North America.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively coordinate all marketing activity in the USA market, operating in a matrix structure.
  • Work closely with all other functions and be a team player, ensuring that the same marketing message/proposition be established both internally and externally.
  • Own and drive all marketing activities to increase new customer acquisition, revenue and strength of the USA brand in the region.
  • Manage advertising and media strategies.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including PPC, SEO, Social, Ad Networks, KOL, etc.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce for customer relationship management.
  • Develop partnerships and manage sponsorships and events.
  • Conduct research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Leadership team to localize the marketing strategy.
  • Define a robust lifecycle conversion and CRM plan to drive growth in the active client base.
  • Ensure data and insights underpin the Marketing strategy, execution and growth plans.
  • Own the USA marketing budget and operational management.
  • Drive local commercially focused PR and social media activities.
  • Manage third party agency relationships.
  • Set measurable KPIs for all activities and initiatives and demonstrate channel/campaign ROI through attribution modelling.
  • Work with Global Marketing teams and Head Office teams in China to define and communicate the marketing strategy for the USA market.
