About The Position

Our vision is to provide more inclusive and convenient payment and financial solutions for global cross-border consumers and sellers. You will be a key member of Ant Group international product team to help achieve the company's global vision. You will take ownership to enable extensive payment methods globally for US merchants, ensure optimal user experience, higher approval rate, operation efficiency, security and compliance to regulations.

Requirements

• 2 years and above experience in payment product. Experience in US, Latam, EU, JP, KR payment channel expansion, E2E payment product design and implementation is highly preferred.
• Good understanding on digital wallet, payment technology, payment channels and industry players in North America markets and/or Latam markets.
• Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams. Experience in understanding business requirement and defining product specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to do competitor analysis and product planning.
• High adaptive capability and motivation in working in a fast-paced organization and business. Ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Understand user mindset and behaviour through research, observation, data-mining, and E2E testing.
• Cooperate with the partners and internal teams, expanding US and Latin American channels to global merchants. Implement and manage the integration of payment channels onto the Alipay platform from contract review to go-live. Enable the E2E transaction flow through the payment channels.
• Strengthen the foundational elements of the product, encompassing payment processing, settlement, and merchant services to elevate its overall performance, competitiveness, and user satisfaction.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscapes within the US and Latin American markets to garner market insights and stay abreast of emerging payment trends. Actively identify customer pain points, pinpoint untapped opportunities, and leverage these findings to innovate products that address unmet needs and enhance the user experience.
• Understand, define and track product performance metrics and continuously enhance customer experience and performance.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product.

Benefits

• The base salary range for this position is $96,000 ~ $204,000 annually.
• This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and/or incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
