About The Position

New Business Operations Supervisor Lead. Coach. Make an Impact.If you’re energized by guiding teams, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is your opportunity to step into a visible leadership role within our New Business organization. We’re looking for a People Leader who will oversee the day‑to-day flow of new business transactions, support team success, and partner closely with leadership, audit, and compliance to deliver quality results on time, every time. What You’ll Do As a New Business Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the center of daily operations and team performance: Lead daily production by reviewing backlog and volume reports, setting priorities, and running morning huddles to align goals and direction. Manage workloads by organizing and monitoring transactions to ensure timely processing with low error rates. Stay hands-on with the new business process—jumping in when needed to support the team and maintain operational expertise. Coach and develop employees by ensuring everyone understands their role, expectations, and opportunities for growth. Partner with Audit and Compliance to support suitability reviews, quarterly audits, and adherence to company and state guidelines. Drive continuous improvement by providing leadership with feedback and recommendations on procedures and workflows. Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, training, mid‑year reviews, and one‑on‑one performance conversations. Engage and inspire your team by involving them in decisions and departmental direction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • A willingness to learn and lead, no prior supervisory experience required

Nice To Haves

  • LOMA designation
  • Annuity‑specific certifications such as CAS (Certified Annuity Specialist)
