About The Position
The Annuity Exchange Analyst 1 will review and prepare forms for committee review, acting as a liaison with field agents, Trade Review Trade Principles, internal management, and the PFSI Pre-Approval Committee to present accurate and detailed information regarding the transactions being reviewed. The Analyst will create records, update and document results across multiple systems in a timely manner to ensure all departments have real-time decisions. This role involves making calls and sending emails to liaise with various annuity carriers, committee members, management team, and field agents, as well as obtaining records requested by management. Additionally, the Analyst will assist management in monitoring statistical data, testing, and daily workflow, and will serve as a backup to the Primary Committee meeting host when required.
