About The Position
Natorp's is seeking Annual Stockers to join our team for the Spring 2026 Season. Annual stockers will have a passion for a job well-done, maintain a good attitude, and possess the ability to handle the physical demands of working in a greenhouse! To provide service that is unexpected, intuitive, and personalized so that every visitor feels special. Refer customer concerns or complaints according to established procedures.
Requirements
- The ability to work in a greenhouse, which may get very hot in both the Spring and Fall seasons.
- This position is physical in nature. A considerable amount of walking, bending, standing, and lifting is typical.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.+
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Stockers will assist with the stocking of outlet ready annual plants
- Be responsible for maintaining proper watering of annual plants daily
- Restocking when necessary
- Maintaining clean, properly labeled retail stock by deadheading, and pruning when necessary and/or directed to do so
