Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Contractor to join our Union, NJ team as a Annual Report Print Project Manager . You will partner with clients to effectively manage complex Annual Report print projects.

Requirements

  • 3 years of Financial Printing experience
  • 3 years of experience in a client service environment
  • Knowledge of commercial print and finishing process and associated techniques
  • Excellent presentation and formal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Transactional print requirements and turn times
  • Able to travel and work overtime hours

Responsibilities

  • Retain and develop effective and positive relationships while working with multiple clients on multiple print projects
  • Cultivate and manage high profile and complex client relationships
  • Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, on press/bind quality OKs at outside suppliers and internal manufacturing sites
  • Manage project costs and ensures profitability throughout the jobs production process
  • Consult and advise clients on the workflow or job production process
  • Independently interacts both in person and over the phone with clients (attorneys; senior executives; investment bankers and graphic designers)
  • Independently manages client financial print projects
  • Work with internal departments (sales, composition, printing, and distribution) on document preparation
  • Ensure project deliverables for the client are accurate and timely
  • Utilize the JMS system to track and monitor progress on project deliverables
  • Maintain and update the JMS system to ensure billing information is kept up to date
  • Manager project print files in the JMS system
  • Ensure proper documentation for job tracking and billing
