What you can expect as an Annual Giving Specialist As our Annual Giving Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of digital and print fundraising campaigns. You will play a key part in campaign production, content creation, digital fundraising, analytics, and project coordination—helping deliver accessible, donor-centered communications that drive engagement and impact.

Requirements

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Strong writer and communicator
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, flexible, and professional
  • Passion for mission-driven and advocacy-focused work
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, marketing, or fundraising
  • Project management experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Nonprofit, education, or disability-advocacy experience preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support Annual Giving appeals across email, web, social media, and direct mail
  • Assist with creating accessible fundraising and donor communications
  • Coordinate project timelines, workflows, and documentation
  • Build and schedule fundraising emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Support digital fundraising assets including donation forms and campaigns
  • Help source and organize donor impact stories
  • Use analytics to support campaign optimization
  • Provide operational support and assist with occasional fundraising events
