Raytheon has an excellent opportunity within Advanced Products & Systems (APS) on the Supplier Strategy & Performance Team as an Analyst, Procurement. In this role, you will support the Centralized RTV - Return to Vendor Team and own tasks associated with negotiating, awarding, documenting, and managing orders and suppliers for material and services. You will be a focal point for interface and communication between program teams and suppliers. This is an individual contributor position.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 0-1 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing RFIs and RFPs
  • Preparing Purchase Orders and Purchase Order documentation in accordance with company directives and work instructions
  • Working with Suppliers on RTV Purchase Orders
  • Monitoring Purchase Order metrics
  • Tracking and managing Quality Notices
  • Leading Supplier interaction and collaboration
  • Managing Suppliers to meet Program requirements with the desired quality and delivery
  • Post-award management of Purchase Orders in accordance with company directives and work instructions
  • Support PO related invoice approvals and inquiries
  • Solve problems affecting order placement
