About The Position

This role sits at the heart of brand storytelling, bringing ideas to life through motion, animation, and cinematic video. You will translate complex concepts into engaging, high-impact visual narratives that connect with global audiences across multiple channels. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you will collaborate closely with designers, writers, and marketing leaders to shape a consistent and compelling visual language. The position offers end-to-end ownership of video projects, from concept and storyboarding through final delivery. With a strong balance of creativity, craft, and data-driven insight, your work will directly influence brand perception and performance. Requirements

  • Three to five or more years of professional experience in animation and video editing, ideally in a high-growth tech or agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, advanced motion design, and high-quality video execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of Figma.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Strong command of design principles applied to motion, including typography, layout, and color.
  • Experience with post-production workflows, file formats, codecs, and asset management best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for building memorable, visually compelling brand experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end video production, including editing, animation, and assembly of raw footage into polished, on-brand content.
  • Design and execute motion systems from concept to final delivery, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual impact.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and brand teams to ideate and deliver video concepts aligned with strategic initiatives.
  • Apply strong design fundamentals such as typography, hierarchy, layout, and color theory to all time-based media.
  • Deliver assets across organic social, paid media, and brand channels while meeting tight timelines and performance expectations.
  • Stay current on motion design trends and emerging techniques, applying new ideas thoughtfully to elevate creative output.
  • Use audience insights and performance metrics to inform creative decisions and optimize video effectiveness.
  • Champion creative excellence by participating in critiques, sharing feedback, and continuously refining processes and standards.
