About The Position

CONTINGENT HIRE NOTICE: This position is a contingent hire. Employment is contingent upon EDJ Associates, Inc. receiving a contract/task order award from the National Science Foundation (NSF). This is a hybrid position requiring some on-site support at NSF Headquarters. EDJ Associates, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to support the National Science Foundation (NSF) Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (OLPA). This position supports the Digital Services Scope of Work by delivering high-quality, accessible, and mission-aligned digital products in support of federal science communications. The incumbent will work closely with NSF staff, researchers, and communications professionals to support planning, execution, and delivery of digital communications products. The role requires strong program support capabilities, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working within a federal environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience supporting digital, multimedia, or web-based initiatives. Experience working with or supporting federal agencies or scientific organizations is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to apply Visual storytelling of scientific processes and research outcomes in communications products
Experience supporting program management activities including scheduling, reporting, and coordination
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
