About The Position
Christensen Farms is seeking an Animal Welfare Auditor to collaborate with production leadership to support farms by ensuring quality controls that uphold CF and regulatory standards. The role involves delivering training to animal caretakers related to animal wellbeing, conducting on-farm assessments and audits, developing corrective action plans, and ensuring the resolution of identified non-compliances. The individual will be expected to cultivate strong working relationships with leaders and caretakers to effectively implement solutions and ensure compliance.
