Responsibilities

• Be the face of Animal Services, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage front-desk clerical duties, including answering phones, emails and record-keeping.
• Process animal intakes, check-ins, checkouts and coordinate transfers to rescue organizations.
• Get hands-on with shelter cleaning, preparation duties and assisting Animal Control Officer's with handling, vaccinating, medicating, microchipping and assisting with euthanasia for all types of household pets.
