About The Position
Under the direction of the Coordinator, Veterinary Technical Services, Comparative Medicine, this position will perform and provide assistance in implementing CM's Animal Health Surveillance Program. These duties will include monitoring daily animal health surveillance, and monitoring of compliance with USDA, IACUC, and AAALAC policies and regulations. This position will also be required to perform first line basic care, feeding, and husbandry of all species of animals used in research at UNMC as required. Other duties may be assigned.
