Requirements

• In-depth technical knowledge of animal nutrition products and services
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the animal nutrition or agricultural industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with producer members
• Identify and capitalize on point-of-sale opportunities to drive sales growth
• Provide expert guidance on animal nutrition products and services, ensuring customer needs are met with innovative and sustainable solutions
• Market and deliver comprehensive nutrition solutions across key segments including dairy, beef, calf/heifer, feed commodities, and risk management
• Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations and fosters long-term loyalty
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
