Our compassionate leader when it comes to supervising our pet guests and animal care staff. Our animal care manager oversees the daily operations of our boarding and doggy day camp areas in a hands-on manner. Requirements

Must be able to supervise a diverse staff with various skill levels
Ability to multi-task and work with high volume in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a variety of dogs and cats
Good time management skills
Recognizes pet health concerns
Understands the basics of business management
Handy with basic tools
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds, walk stairs, stand and walk for full shift.
Can work in an environment of pet dander and excretions and cleaning chemicals

Nice To Haves

Experience in Restaurant or Retail Management, Hospitality, Customer Service Animal care or Veterinary a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage care of boarding pets
Maximize occupancy by preplanning and managing yield.
Order food and supplies as needed.
Perform basic repairs
Assist with all cleaning, feeding and exercising duties and with group play/camp.
