About The Position

American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add a Software Developer. This role involves developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining modern web applications while participating in the full software development lifecycle from concept through deployment. Requirements

• Development languages: Front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries Angular and AngularJS.
• Basic software design ability: Ability to start a project with minimal guidance.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to understand a component of a proposed system and be able to build it with guidance.
• A willingness to travel to the office is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of server-side programming languages including C# .Net.
• Preferred experience with DBMS technology including SQLServer.
• Preferred experience working with Windows and Linux servers.

Responsibilities

• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs.
• Providing feedback to management during the development process.
• Participating in the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• Writing, building, and deployment of software.
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.
