About The Position

We are seeking a Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food order to guest tables according to Forbes Standards. This role will include collecting payments and also assisting in the daily cleanliness of the restaurant area. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. This position is a PM position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have a full-time position(s) available. The role is designated for our restaurant, Angle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fine Dining Restaurant Server.
• Food handling certificate and alcohol course completion.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Must possess advanced food & beverage knowledge.

• Experience in a Forbes Five-Star resort environment.
