About The Position
The Angiography Tech in Interventional Radiology is responsible for performing angiograms and specialized radiologic procedures under the supervision of a radiologist. This part-time position requires the technician to prepare and position patients, operate complex radiographic equipment, and provide emergency angiographic services. The role emphasizes quality patient care, adherence to medical ethics, and the ability to assist in sterile invasive procedures. The technician will also be involved in training students and maintaining equipment and supplies in the special procedure rooms.
