SMJH is a 176-bed hospital in beautiful, Charlottesville, Virgina! Position Highlights: Care Team Model w/70% of time in own cases. Call 1:14 w/post-call day off. Shift-based compensation model with an expected annual compensation of $489,000 or more, offering flexibility and competitive pay. Quality Bonus -$15,000 Up to $75k sign-on/commencement bonus 10 weeks PTO Annual CME Allowance - $7500.
