About The Position
We are seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. This 1099 position offers high compensation, generous time off, and the chance to work with a supportive, collegial team in a thriving community. Position highlights: $628,000 1099 with 17 weeks off 2 weeks on, 1 week of schedule Case types include: Ortho, OB/GYN, General, Urology, Cath, Neuro, GI, Vascular, Ophthalmology, ENT, and Bariatric Daily staffing: 1 MD and 5 CRNAs (supports 4 ORs plus dedicated C-section room) MDs covering primary call Moderate to high case volume, offering diverse and engaging clinical practice Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with strong collegial culture
