JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Anesthesiologist • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Location: Sharon, PA • Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Coverage Period: 03/30/2026 – Ongoing • Clinical Shift Schedule: 7 on / 7 off; Day shift 7:00a – 3:00p • On-Call Shift Schedule: Night call 3:00p – 7:00a; Weekend 24-hour call • Call Type: In-House (daytime); At-Home call nights and weekends within 30 minutes • Call Ratio: TBD • Call Response Time: Within 30 minutes • Callback Rate: Average of 1 callback per month COVERAGE DATES • Starting 03/30/2026 – Ongoing PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adults • Patient Volume/Census: Average of 2 cases per day Monday–Friday • Case Mix: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endoscopy, and Podiatry; no OB cases FACILITY INFORMATION • No. of Beds in Department: 150-bed community hospital • Office Equipment Available: 2 Operating Rooms • Specialty Backup Available: Surgical specialties available • Support Staff Available: CRNA support; may supervise one CRNA • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental locum coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance REQUIRED PROCEDURES • General anesthesia cases • Arterial line placement • Central line placement • Management of orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopy, and podiatry cases

Active Pennsylvania license required
General anesthesia cases
Arterial line placement
Central line placement
Management of orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopy, and podiatry cases

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services for scheduled surgical cases
Perform and manage own cases during clinical and call coverage
Provide in-house coverage during daytime hours
Provide night and weekend call coverage within 30 minutes of the hospital
Supervise CRNA as needed
Respond to callbacks for procedures including arterial lines, central lines, and general surgical support
