At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW), we deliver high-quality, office-based anesthesia services across pediatric dental care, adult dental, and adult specialty settings including GI, ENT, gynecology/fertility, and plastic surgery. We are seeking an MD Anesthesiologist who is comfortable practicing, specifically, in office-based pediatric dental environments. Our patients are healthy, primarily ASA I pediatric dental patients, and cases are efficient with short sedation and recovery times. This model is intentionally designed to support both excellent clinical care and a sustainable lifestyle. Most of our dental offices start early, which means many days wrap up by 1–2 PM—giving you the flexibility to be present for after-school activities, attend personal appointments, or simply enjoy more time outdoors and with family! This opportunity is ideal for an anesthesiologist who values autonomy, clinical variety, and quality of life, while also being open to growing alongside a thoughtfully expanding market. For the right individual, there is meaningful upside to evolve into a clinical leader and trusted partner, supporting future business development and regional growth. Why AAC-PNW: Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia with efficient, low-acuity cases Collaborative, flexible PRN scheduling Supportive clinical and operational teams One location per day, with travel between Springfield, Salem, Corvallis, and Roseburg Opportunity for leadership involvement and practice expansion Sign-on and referral incentives available, including for OR/WA-licensed anesthesiologists If you’re looking to be more than a number, more connected to your work, and part of a model that prioritizes both excellent medicine and real life balance, AAC-PNW may be your next professional home.
