About The Position
You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this position Benefits Per Diem rate: $300/hour Medical professional liability insurance Details Per diem | Monday | 8 hours per day The annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical) Case mix: General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, and Pediatric ENT 1-2 ORs daily Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs EMR – paper charts

- Active PA license
- Board certified
