Expert Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough physical examinations and clinical evaluations to accurately diagnose a wide range of medical conditions Malpractice coverage with tail About the Facility 840 bed hospital Level 1 Trauma Center Serves diverse, statewide population primarily focusing on Marion County while acting as a referral center for all 92 Indiana counties. Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by Local Credentialing office.
  • Certified Anesthesiologist preferred. Verified by Local Credentialing office.
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
