Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: $577,149 annual salary (W2) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10,000 Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Malpractice insurance 401(k) and flexible spending accounts 7 weeks paid time off Practice Environment: Location: Community Hospital of San Bernardino, CA Scheduling: Choose between a day shift with no call or weekends, or a traditional call schedule Hours: flexible up to 55 hours per week Case Types: Bread-and-butter cases, including GI, GYN, and General Surgery Shifts: 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts Operating Rooms: 3 ORs in daily operation
Requirements
- Active CA state license and DEA
- Board certified or board eligible (in process)
- ACLS and PALS certified
