Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is recruiting a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the team at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. The hospital is known for its exceptional emergency services and growing surgical services with over 6,300 cases annually. Position Highlights: Annual Compensation: $522,000 with shift-based compensation model, offering excellent earning potential. Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually based on performance. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000. Call Schedule: 1:7 with in-house CRNAs, day after call off 10 weeks of vacation annually Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, two retirement plans with Sentara contributions, and more.
