About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management (EAM) is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a job share opportunity at Foundation Surgical Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. This role offers a highly predictable schedule, minimal call burden, and strong compensation with additional pay if called back in. Position Highlights: $312,500 (1099) for 26 weeks of coverage M–F schedule with no scheduled weekend cases No ER patients On-call coverage for inpatients only o MD was called in just twice last year o $275/hour paid if called back in to work Care team includes 5 CRNAs and 1 Anesthesiologist Case mix: Urology, Spine, Plastics, Orthopedics, General, and Bariatrics

• Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist
