About The Position

Cary Medical Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a strong Anesthesiology practice in a dynamic community that is economically, culturally, and socially inviting. The current need is for one Anesthesiologist to join Cary’s current Anesthesiologist to work either a schedule of 26 weeks per year (generally on a two-on, two-off rotation) or 13 weeks per year (generally 1-on and three-off rotation). Call will be 1:2 or 1:3 respectively and will coincide with the two-on, two-off rotation or 1-on 3-off rotation. The physician will be an employee of the hospital and will receive a highly competitive salary. The hospital will provide an annual allowance for licensing, dues and subscriptions, and CME. The candidate will receive a generous benefits package.

Requirements

• Board Certified or board eligible
• Allopathic and osteopathic physicians will be considered equally
• American born and trained physicians and foreign-born physicians who have completed a US residency and/or fellowship will be considered equally
• H1-B Visa candidates will be considered
• In-practice physicians, residents or fellows, and military-trained physicians will be considered equally

Responsibilities

• Join a strong Anesthesiology practice
• Work on a schedule of either 26 weeks per year or 13 weeks per year
• Participate in call rotation of 1:2 or 1:3
• Provide anesthesia services in various surgical cases
