About The Position
Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Health, is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our team in a Flex/Per Diem capacity at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center (SNVMC) in Woodbridge, Virginia. About the Hospital Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is a 183-bed, Level III not-for-profit community hospital that combines the clinical resources of a major integrated health system with the collegial atmosphere and personalized care of a community-based facility. The anesthesia team supports approximately 9,200 cases annually, including more than 1,500 deliveries. Practice Highlights Employed position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists Collaborative care team model Approximately 9,200 cases annually 8 anesthetizing locations operating Monday through Friday, including 5 main OR suites, endoscopy, EP Lab/CVIR, and Labor and Delivery Broad case mix including general, vascular, neuro, orthopedic, OB/GYN, pediatric, and subspecialty surgical services Flexible schedule arranged by mutual agreement This opportunity offers the ability to practice in a supportive, team-oriented environment with flexibility to accommodate your schedule, while maintaining exposure to a diverse and rewarding case mix.
