Position Details Full-time position with a flexible schedule, split between in-clinic visits and fluoroscopy-guided procedures Join a busy, established team of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers Located on the second floor of a newly constructed orthopedic center adjacent to the hospital Collaborative, team-based environment focused on treating the whole person-not just the pain Call requirement: 10 days per month (primarily telephone inquiries) Scope of Services Candidates should be experienced and comfortable with: Chronic spine and joint pain management Cancer pain management Opioid and non-opioid pain treatment Ketamine infusions Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator implantation and management Intrathecal pump implantation and management (including dye studies) Neurolytic blocks Lumbar discography Radiofrequency ablation, including cooled techniques Sympathetic blocks Spinal injections and epidural blood patch Rib blocks and continuous epidural placement Joint and soft tissue injections Kyphoplasty and Vertiflex procedures Intrathecal baclofen spasticity management About Our Hospital and Health System Community Medical Center is a 151-bed hospital located in Missoula, MT, and is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier with acute care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast. Requirements

Candidates should be experienced and comfortable with: Chronic spine and joint pain management
Cancer pain management
Opioid and non-opioid pain treatment
Ketamine infusions
Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator implantation and management
