Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required or three years relevant experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire date
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to anesthesia providers under the direction of an anesthesiologist or CRNA.
• Stocks all anesthesia supplies in the operating room, L&D, and all anesthesia supply rooms
• Maintains equipment as anesthesia machines, ventilators, cardiac monitors, fluid warmers, end-tidal CO2 and pulse oximeters.
• Assists with patient care
