About The Position

The [Anesthesia Technician] works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the [Anesthesia Department] to deliver excellent patient care assistance under the supervision and direction of a designated health care professional in accordance with policies and procedures. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually. Must be authorized to work in the United States without work visa or sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in high school, in process of completing GED or has obtained high school diploma or GED.
  • Certification, training or experience according to assignment area.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification as an Anesthesia Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment.
  • Assist anesthesiologists during procedures.
  • Prepare patients for anesthesia.
  • Sterilize equipment.
  • Manage and restock supplies.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures and maintenance.
