Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Anesthesia Tech preferred.
  • M- Friday with oncall hours, rotated between staff.
  • Call responsiblity which is 1-2 days a week and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-stakes surgical environments by ensuring all anesthesia equipment and supplies are sterilized, functional, and precisely positioned to support seamless patient care.
  • Support anesthesia providers during critical clinical moments, including airway management and the placement of life-saving lines, to ensure every patient remains safe and stable.
  • Monitor and maintain complex medical technology through proactive troubleshooting and daily care to prevent delays and ensure equipment is ready for every emergent or scheduled case.
  • Optimize surgical workflows by managing vital inventories and preparing specialized setups, ensuring the medical team has exactly what they need the moment they need it.
  • Facilitate secure patient transitions by assisting with positioning and transport, maintaining a focus on patient comfort and clinical integrity throughout the perioperative journey.
