About The Position
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Anesthesia Technician for the anesthesiology department at Morristown Medical Center to work 6:30AM-2:30PM including on-call and weekends (as needed). The Anesthesia Technician will provide anesthesia technician services to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed anesthesia care provider, assisting in the preparation and maintenance of patient equipment and anesthesia delivery systems before, during, and after anesthesia. Responsibilities include performing first level maintenance on anesthesia equipment, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, maintaining anesthesia medications and supplies, and participating in multidisciplinary rounds/meetings as needed.
