The position involves assisting all anesthesiology patient-care providers by performing various duties essential for maintaining the efficiency and safety of patient care. Responsibilities include daily stocking of anesthesia supplies and non-controlled medications, removal of used supplies, equipment, and medications, cleaning of all equipment, and removal of outdated supplies and non-controlled medications. This support is to be provided in all locations serviced by the Anesthesiology Department. The role requires collaboration with colleagues in anesthesiology, OR, and EVS to ensure that all equipment is clean, tested, and functional, thereby providing a safe and efficient patient care system. Additionally, the position involves working with colleagues to reduce turnover time in ORs and procedural areas, achieving an efficient schedule.
