About The Position

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Previous experience in handling Anesthesia and/or Respiratory Therapy equipment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Biomedical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities related to equipment decontamination and sterilization to assure an ongoing infection control program.
• Demonstrates skills/knowledge appropriate to patient age-related categories as defined by LGH - neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.
• Ensures availability of supplies and equipment for anesthesia procedures.
• Assists the anesthetists as needed.
