The Operating Room at Baystate Medical Center is a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment within the region’s only Level 1 Trauma Center. Summary The Anesthesia Technician, under the general supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or physician, performs a variety of routine direct and indirect patient care activities and technical tasks in the anesthesia setting. This role supports anesthesia services across multiple procedural areas and is responsible for equipment preparation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within established departmental policies.
