About The Position
The Anesthesia Technician supports the Anesthesia providers in delivering quality care to patients undergoing outpatient surgery and/or Anesthesia Interventional procedures. Maintains a clean, organized, and well stocked workroom. Maintains clean, functional anesthesia equipment. Provides assistance with patient care during procedures. Demonstrates excellent communication skills. Provides patient care in a safe, comfortable, private environment. Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for practice, continued growth, and self-evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean, organized and well stocked Workroom.
- Maintains clean, functional anesthesia equipment.
- Support daily work of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
- Assisting with procedures.
- Communication and Coordination of Care
- Safety - Help ensure patient care is provided in a safe, comfortable, and private environment.
- Professional Development - Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for practice, continued growth and self-evaluation.
