Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Active and unrestricted medical license in Georgia (or eligibility for licensure).
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures.
Work within a care team model, collaborating with CRNAs, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide anesthesia services in hospital and outpatient settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Perform preoperative evaluations and develop tailored anesthetic plans.
Monitor patients during procedures and manage post-anesthesia care as needed.
Stay up to date with best practices and advancements in anesthesiology.
