About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Andrology Technician to join our growing Fertility Clinic. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in helping families achieve their reproductive goals, particularly in male reproductive procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with fertility procedures and male reproductive health.
• Excellent patient service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience (1 year preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lab Director and Physician to achieve a common goal.
• Perform heavy data entry related to semen analysis and processing.
• Conduct semen analysis and process semen for IUI and other ART procedures.
• Cryopreserve semen and thaw frozen specimens to evaluate survival.
• Perform counts for concentration and motility of sperm samples.
• Assist the laboratory/embryology team in performing lab services in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws and guidelines to ensure laboratory accreditation.
