Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Quality assurance and testing
- Knowledge of application software development life cycle concepts, lean and agile best practices, environment and configuration management, as well as test management methodologies and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Think creatively and critically, challenge release quality and go beyond predefined test scenarios
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with mobile carriers
- Scripting experience
- Experience with ADB commands and Android Studio
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, partnerships managers, business analyst and developers to ensure requirements and all test scenarios are covered
- Ensuring quality across all our partners and products
- Work with clients to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
- Investigate production performance alerts and communicate to proper channels
- Manage numerous concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints
