About The Position

Cooks are responsible for preparing various menu items in accordance with procedures. Monitor food and refrigeration temperatures as well as the quality and freshness of all food items.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• General knowledge of the preparation of various food items
• Must have knowledge of using knife, fryer, grill, microwave and oven
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Clark County Health District Card

Responsibilities

• Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times
• Responsible for completing line check sheet to ensure necessary food items and utensils have been properly stocked to ensure no disruption in service
• Perform all duties associated with preparation of food items
• Responsible for cleanliness of the area and sanitation standards
