The Anderson C2C Center assistant is responsible for assisting full-time Anderson Center employees with the day-to-day operations of the Center. The assistant is at the front desk reception area and is responsible with greeting visitors that come in, guiding them in the right direction and answering any questions about the business school or the building. The front desk is also responsible for providing general information on programs or where students can receive information regarding certain questions about the business school, whether these questions are in person, or through phone calls or emails to the SSBE email. The front desk must also manage the canvas Anderson Center page, occasionally making posts about upcoming events or student activities. Booking appointments with student advisors or business advisors by using the outlook calendar as well as making reservations for professors and students alike in the conference room. Tracking events and entering data regarding Pro events and attendees may be recorded on the excel file. Some physical assistance with events may be needed helping set up/ work events on campus.
