About The Position
DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking an Ancillary Specialist to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is pivotal in reviewing and adjudicating claims for our GAP product, ensuring that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently. The Ancillary Specialist will be responsible for verifying multiple documents to confirm the correct amount is applied to the loan or returned to the customer. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As part of a high-functioning team, the Ancillary Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced environment where agility and collaboration are key. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing them to engage confidently with a diverse range of audiences. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, as the specialist will encounter challenging calls that require not only identifying issues but also finding effective solutions. In this role, emotional resilience is crucial, as the specialist will face time-sensitive requirements and challenging situations daily. The ability to maintain a positive attitude while navigating these challenges is essential. The Ancillary Specialist will also play a vital role in contributing to the overall success of the team, as we believe that teamwork is fundamental to achieving our goals. Candidates should have a high school diploma, with a preference for those holding an Associate or Bachelor’s degree. A background in GAP and/or insurance claims is also preferred, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to perform effectively in this role.
