The Ancillary Infusion Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care within the Ancillary Services Department, combining independent clinical practice with care coordination and administrative support in a specialized outpatient setting. This role is responsible for scheduling and delivering infusion and ancillary treatments, thorough documentation, verification of prior authorizations, and enrollment of patients in applicable assistance programs-playing a key role in ensuring patients experience seamless, high-quality care from start to finish. Working with a high degree of autonomy, this position is well-suited for an RN who is organized, self-directed, and confident managing workflows independently while collaborating closely with providers and support teams. In addition, the Ancillary Infusion RN assists with protocol development, supply ordering, and departmental initiatives, offering the opportunity to contribute beyond direct patient care and make a meaningful impact on department operations and patient outcomes. This is a .80 FTE Position (32 hours per week, Mon-Fri) and may also include occasional travel to our Wausau facility.
