Ancillary Coder - Emergency Relief

Supports, and is responsible for incorporating into job performance, the Frederick Health (FH) mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FH Compliance Program, including following all regulatory requirements and the FH Standards of Behavior. This Ancillary Coding opportunity codes and abstracts Ancillary medical records including diagnostic accounts, emergency department accounts, and, following a rigorous review of the clinical documentation, abstracts and assigns appropriate ICD-10-CM codes and CPT codes into the hospital information system.
