About The Position
The Ancillary Benefits Consultant position at SBR Ancillary involves leading a client services organization focused on ancillary products and services. The role requires a strong understanding of the ancillary benefits marketplace and broker/carrier operations, along with the ability to mentor and manage a team. The consultant will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure effective account management, RFP activities, and the development of key broker partnerships, while maintaining a focus on communication, collaboration, and organization.
