About The Position
General Qualifications: Prior teaching experience in Anatomy & Physiology or related science courses Experience using online Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Canvas Strong classroom management and student engagement skills Ability to support a diverse student population Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Minimum Education Requirements: Master’s degree in Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, Health Sciences, or a closely related field, OR Master’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of fifteen (15) graduate semester credit hours in Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, or closely related biological sciences Graduate coursework must be from an accredited institution and clearly documented on official transcripts. Additional ACCSC Faculty Expectations: Demonstrated subject-matter expertise through education and/or professional experience Instructional competence appropriate to postsecondary education Ability to develop and deliver course content aligned with approved syllabi and learning outcomes Commitment to maintaining academic integrity and compliance with institutional and accreditation standards
