The Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Anatomy is a full-time, non-tenure foundational sciences educator in the discipline of Anatomy. The faculty position is at the Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor levels, and assigned rank is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This individual works as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure allopathic medial students receive broad-based training experience. Foundational sciences are interwoven throughout all four years of the curriculum. This person draws from a history of teaching excellence in medical education and works well with colleagues across the respective phases and disciplines of medical education. Collaboration with other clinical and foundational science faculty for the development of clinical cases or learning activities to emphasize foundational science concepts and participation in the development and review of formative and summative assessment items are cornerstones of this position. Anatomy Faculty will have experience in multiple disciplines with clinical relevance including: Gross Anatomy Embryology/Developmental Biology Histology Imaging (e.g. POCUS)
